The Nonsense about Work

Have to learn the Project 2003 all by myself, then teach a group of red necks in the company how to use the damn software, which they may not even give a shit about. It is very painful to really do something as a “freshman” in the company, nobody will take you seriously, they only consider you as annoying and hope you will disappear automatically and never come back again. None the less, your boss may know or not know all these and even advise you to become more tough if you get trouble with cooperating with your co-workers. How can you expect that from a nobody?

When it comes to the interest in common, or you have something they really need, say, you have the expertise they can use right now, they will sit down and hear what you say seriously. Otherwise when you get the trust of someone influential, you may turn to him/her

Plus I am at the bottom of the food chain, and almost know nothing about the complicated politics of the company. The culture of the company is very lousy, at least is not right for me.
