Disney War is getting more and more exciting
I first heard about it from someone’s blog, where it got a great review. Compared with the review from all kinds of seemingly official sources, I am more inclined to believe the one from someone having no related interest in that. But I have to admit that I am easily influenced by other’s words, especially on the fields I am not so familiar with. So I decide to own one copy, the library does not have it, it is not very prohibitive, but not bargain either. Plus, the feeling of the paper is quite good.
Unfortunately, I almost got asleep when I read the book for the first time, it seems to me composed of many pieces of boring facts, I did not see anything meaningful behind it. So I speeded, when I came across the paragraph which did not interest me, I just jumped. Like a frog, I jump to the end of the book very quickly. What impressed me is the end of book, where the situation could get more tense and finally the conflict broke out unavoidably. That happend just before I went to work.
After start the career, I picked up the book again, the company politics, the plot behind your back became clear to me, I can saw more meaning and relation among all the facts. Got a hint, sometimes if you can not understand something, it is because you are not ready for that yet, and keep it in your mind, sometime you will get it, if you are fortunate and sensitive. It is all destined to some extent.
Valueable books are always worth reading at least twice, but the problem is we are usually too lazy to pay a second visit to them, perhaps the reason might be we are too greedy.
